Planning Board Hearing Wed. April 25, 2012 at 7:30pm

The Planning Board would like to invite you to its next meeting on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 7:30pm at Town Hall, 663 Main Street.

At 7:30 pm Bob Czekanski Advisory Board Member will discuss his perspective on Bolton Taxes and Tax Rate (not present as an Advisory Board Member)

Then at 8:00 pm The Planning Board will hold a Public Forum on Planning Board sponsored bylaws and vote on all the proposed articles:  Come hear more about the Planning Board’s proposed Village Overlay District and Solar Bylaw. The Board will give a brief overview of each bylaw and answer any questions that you may have. A visual presentation will be made showing examples of solar projects as well as projects that demonstrate what could be done in a village overlay district.

At 8:30 pm Continued Hearing for Recodification of the Bylaws Article #10 and #11. Pam Powell, Town Clerk will lead the discussion.

9:00 pm Delta Financial 579 Main Street – Request for modification of Barn to add dormers & stone work

9:05 pm Planning Board to vote on approving the application of Syncarpha Solar, LLC and Renewable Energy Massachusetts LLC who is requesting a Special Permit for the construction of a Solar Energy Facility to be located on a portion of property owned by the Davis Farms Trust located at 125 Still River Road, Bolton MA.
