Mixed Use Example in Stow Mass

Here is another mixed use project located in Stow, Ma at 183 Great Road. Mixed use that incorporates over 55 is allowed in the commercial districts. This was an existing farm house (Faxon Farm) that was converted into two residential condo units. A barn addition was added on for commercial space. Behind this are 12 attached residential condo units with garages and behind this is a garden style complex (approx 60 units). All over 55.
